•Tom has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience in the Tampa Bay market and has been involved in all aspects of industrial real estate including leasing, management, acquisition, disposition construction and development.

• Prior to joining Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL, Tom was Vice President of the Office and Industrial Group for Grubb & Ellis Commercial, Florida. Specialty areas included economic development, maritime, aviation and bulk commodity users. National clients include SSA, Info USA, Cemex, Sokkia Corp, IBM and MetLife.

• Prior to that, Tom was a Manager of Real Estate for the Tampa Port Authority. Tom's duties included leasing over 350 available acres and management of the Port's 115 tenants. Tom handled the acquisition of new properties for development.

• Tom spent five years as the Business Development Manager for the Pasco County Economic Development Council. Tom was in charge of recruiting and assisting manufacturers in their relocation to Pasco County, Florida, a suburb of Tampa.

• As Property Manager and Leasing Agent for VRS Realty Services, Inc. Tom handled multiple industrial and office portfolios for Principal Financial Group and Sun Bank of Tampa Bay Education

•Tom received his Bachelor's degree from Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania and is currently enrolled in the Urban Land Institute Real Estate Development Certification program.
