Raj M. Ravi is the Managing Director for Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL with offices in Tampa and Land O’ Lakes where he is responsible for recruiting and managing both offices. This full service brokerage firm has specialized in all facets of commercial real estate services, including property management and the sales and leasing of land, office, retail, industrial, multi-family and business brokerage in the Tampa Bay market for over 50 years. Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL is consistently ranked among the top commercial real estate brokerages according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.



Raj has been personally responsible for transactions throughout the Tampa Bay market, anywhere from site selection and land sales to industrial and office sales and leasing for local, regional and national commercial real estate investors and tenants, including a wide array of sectors from banks to physician groups to national developers. 



Before joining Prudential Commercial in 2004, Raj had several years of worldwide business experience having worked for IBM Global Services, Micromuse (now an IBM affiliate), and as a reseller for Visionary Medical Systems. Raj’s time with these highly reputable companies enabled him to gain vast experience while working throughout London, New York, San Francisco, Atlanta, Dallas and the Tampa Bay area.



Raj is involved with the FGCAR Board of Directors (Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc.), James P. Gills YMCA Advisory Board, PEDC Board (Pasco Economic Development Council) and the Pasco Education Foundation’s Take Stock in Children Mentoring Program.



Raj graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Decision and Information Sciences from the Warrington College of Business. Previously, he attended Berkeley Preparatory School in Tampa, FL.
