About Me:
•Graduated from The University of Tampa with a BS in Finance, 2002
•Real Estate Sales Associate License obtained in 2003.
•Started a development company in 2002. Parent name, Sireci Enterprises, but different entity formed for each endeavor. Sireci Enterprises Property management currently responsible for the management of a 30 unit apartment complex in Plant City, 5 condos in the development known as Las Ybor City Homes and 4 Condos in the development known as Ybor Village Lofts II.
•Owned and managed the development of Ybor Village Lofts I, an 8 unit condominium project, from acquisition to completion. The project has sold out and the association has been turned over to the owners. (Ybor Village Lofts LLC)
•Owner and Managed the development of Las Ybor City Homes, a 13 unit condominium project, from acquisition to completion. Completion date late 2006. 8 of 13 units sold. (Seventeenth Avenue Ybor City LLC)
•Owned and managed the project known as, Ybor Village Lofts II, from conception to completion. Completion Date Late 2007. Currently 4 units remain and are managed by Sireci Enterprises Property Management LLC.
•Obtained Certified Property Management Specialist Certificate 2007.
•Formed Sireci Enterprises Property Management LLC in 2006 to manage multi-family personal investments with the intention of expanding to manage other owner’s properties.
•25% owner in a partnership Brandywine Company, in a 297 single family unit project, encompassing 90+ acres, in Calhoun, Georgia. The land was purchased in late 2007. Worked closely with Development Company and the partner on this deal, Brandywine, to obtain entitlements to get the first approval for a project of this kind in Grodon County, Calhoun Georgia, which was the PRD zoning. Currently we need to obtain a traffic study and an archaeological study before construction can commence. The plan is to either flip the project for a profit or to build the infrastructure and sell the finished lots to local homebuilders. Property is in an amazing location next to brand new elementary, middle and high school recently built and our property is on the same hwy that everyone accessing these schools will be driving past our property.
•Purchased, Designed and sold a project in Indian Rocks Beach in 2005 for great return after holding for a year. Purchased an option to purchase property in Channelside/Downtown Tampa area. Designed and received approval a 300+ unit high-rise. We sold the option along with plans in 2005 and retained a small interest in the new company. Future development time uncertain due to market conditions. No liability for my ownership interest.
•Owner and manager of a small bar located in an up and coming area just outside of downtown Tampa. We acquired this property due to the location next to a major bank of America river project that is now currently on hold. Building and business were sold. Personal Info
