About Me:
Michael D. Mauger has over 20 years of executive financial management experience, the last 11 of which have been focused on commercial real estate. His most recent role was as CFO of AREIG Inc. in Lutz, Florida, a privately held developer of commercial, medical/professional office and retail parks in the Tampa Bay market ranging between 2,500 and 30,000 square feet.
• Prior to that, Michael served as CFO of EnableUs,Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Mortgage (now known as Capmark Finance Inc.). EnableUs, Inc. is a global financial services and software company providing commercial mortgage, loan, and leasing software and services to money center banks, mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and government agencies. EnableUs serviced over $600 billion in commercial loans and had a market share of 80% in its space, changed the business model to customer service contracts that generated recurring revenue from 29 top commercial mortgage servicers.
Mauger graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1982 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and earned a Masters degree, M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management, Vanderbilt University in 1984. Mauger lives in Wesley Chapel with his wife Leanne, and two children Andrea 14, and Michael 12.
