·         Matt Kim joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL in July of 2009. He works in our Land O’ Lakes and Tampa offices as a specialist in vacant land and industrial sales and leasing. He is rapidly becoming one of the leading experts in the greater Tampa Bay area.

·         While attending the University of South Florida, Matt participated in a yearlong internship at Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL. The internship exposed Matt to many facets of the commercial real estate industry including valuations, research, sales and marketing while working with some of the top brokerage teams in the Tampa Bay market.
