Luke joined Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL near the end of 2007 after almost 7 years in the Tampa Bay Real Estate market to work with Prudential’s Industrial Group out of their Tampa, Florida office.   He has worked in various aspects of real estate with an emphasis on lending since 2001. Prior to Prudential, Luke worked for a boutique real estate firm, Critchley and Associates, in Clearwater, Fl. In 2007, after selling his financing company, Luke chose to focus exclusively on Industrial and Office sales and leasing. With experience in many aspects of commercial real estate, Luke is very knowledgeable in regards to financing and brings over 9 years of marketing experience to every assignment.

A strong believer in increasing the level of service to Clients, Luke is currently perusing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Having been a life long Tampa Bay resident, Luke has a unique perspective on the businesses and trends that currently affect the regional industrial markets.  Luke’s area of specialization is narrowly focused on Industrial and Office buildings 10,000 sq ft and up in the Greater Tampa Bay area.  Luke has the distinction of having more industrial property sales than any other associate or brokerage in Pinellas County for 2010 to date. Luke believes in giving back to his community and is is Affiliated and active with the Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Real Estate Investment Council, Calvary Chapel of St Petersburg, and is a Committee Member with Young Life of Tampa Bay.
