About Me:
Jill Carbonelli joined the Prudential Commercial Real Estate, FL Land Team in 2007, with over 18 years in the real estate industry. Jill specializes in vacant land, acquisition, investment and development in the Greater Tampa Bay area.
Jill holds the highly accredited CCIM designation which incorporates over 200 classroom hours of study focusing on financial, market, user decision and investment analyses - the cornerstones of real estate use and investment. The designation also requires a portfolio submittal and approval of successful qualifying transactions in excess of 10 million dollars. Jill is a CCIM West Coast District Chapter Member in good standing.
Jill brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from her previous responsibilities in the real estate industry. She was President of Season’s Development Group, a real estate consulting firm, specializing in land planning and development services including contractual due diligence, feasibility studies, re-zoning, project management, as well as marketing and disposition for the residential and commercial sector. Jill also worked for Churchill Development Group LLC., Orlando, FL as VP of Sales and Marketing and the Broker of Record. She was responsible for the development and sales function of The VUE, a 35 story, 384-unit urban condominium development launch in Orlando, FL. Prior to The VUE, Jill was a General Partner of General Partner-Nelson/Carbonelli, LLP, Tarpon Springs, FL, a limited partnership created to acquire and develop land parcels for single-family residential purposes in North Pinellas County, FL.
In 2010 Jill earned Prudential Real Estate - 2010 Annual Chairman's Circle - Gold Award; 1st Place Sales Professional Award, Fourth Quarter 2010, - Top 3 Sales Professional in Florida for Commercial, Prudential Florida Real Estate. She was also awarded FGCAR 2010 Pinnacle Awards, - #3 Top Producer Land National Division.
Jill is active and affiliated with Leadership Pinellas Graduate, Class of 2004, Member Florida Gulf Coast Association of Realtors, Realtor® Member Florida Association of Realtors, CCIM - Certified Commercial Investment Member.
Jill is the Mother of 2 great boys (14 and 16), wife to a loving husband. She enjoys cooking, triathlons, skiing, golf, and Bible studies.
