About Me:

Allen Crumbley is a co-owner of Capstone Tropical Holdings, Inc. - which is comprised of Prudential Tropical Realty, Capstone Home Mortgage, Capstone Title, and Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL - and is President of Prudential Commercial Real Estate FL. He specializes in the marketing of commercial and investment properties, with his primary emphasis in the Tampa Bay Area. The Commercial Real Estate Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, awarded him the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He has been recognized on numerous occasions - locally and nationally - for his outstanding commercial sales production and earned the Pinnacle Award from the Florida Gulfcoast Association of Realtors. As past President of the Pasco Education Foundation, Crumbley was instrumental in the success of the "Take Stock In Children" campaign, which awards scholarships to local at-risk students. He helped establish the Suncoast West Pasco Family YMCA, and has served as President, and remains on the Board of Directors for that organization. He is a charter officer of the Rotary Club of Seven Springs, which established the Odessa Festival & Rodeo, an event he chaired the first two years. All funds raised from this annual festival are donated to local charities. Crumbley is the past President of the West Pasco Board of Realtors, past Vice President of the Florida Association of Realtors, District Six, and President of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors. He is also the President and co-founder of Capstone Title and Capstone Home Mortgage, an affiliated business partner of Prudential Tropical Realty. Additionally, Crumbley serves on the Leadership of Tampa Bay Board of Directors and is a charter member of Hope United Methodist Church as well as the CEO Council of Tampa Bay. He also performs numerous charity auctions throughout each year. Crumbley graduated from the University of Alabama in 1979 with a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and Business Administration/Marketing. While attending the University of Alabama on a football scholarship, he played under the leadership of Coach Paul "Bear" Bryant. Allen considers himself very fortunate to have been "1st Team Status" on the 1978 National Championship Football Team. To this day, Allen draws on the lessons taught by Coach "Bear" Bryant. Crumbley is also active in his church where he has chaired capital campaigns for two of three campaigns and has been a Youth and Adult Sunday School teacher for 20 years. He has also coached girl's basketball for the past 12 years, as well as girl's soccer. He enjoys spending time with his wife Alison, and three daughters, Alana, Leigha and Olivia.
